About Me

My name is Vivek Balasubramanyam and I’ve worked in the US medical device industry for over 20 years. My career has spanned technical and commercial roles in small startups and large companies like Abbott and Pfizer. I have built teams, launched products, sunsetted old technology, and led pivots and turnarounds.

I now provide fractional services for the situations where my unique expertise is needed. I help companies across the US and Canada, but have a special affinity for those based near my new home of North Vancouver, BC.
